We are currently seeking a highly motivated self-starter as Full-time Jr. Graphic Designer – Prepress Operator, to join our Graphics team. This position will report directly to the Graphics Leader.

• Ensures high standards of print quality and efficiency
• Responsible for pre-flighting client supplied flies
• Responsible for naming and organizing files based on company operating standards
• Prepares supplied files for print production
• Completes file for print production, edits, and revisions
• Responsible for communicating file issues with project team and clients
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum two years experience
• Proficiency in MAC OS Platform, Adobe CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Thorough understanding of Print Production & Colour Management
• Thorough understanding of digital file formats (pdf, tiff, eps)
• Knowledge of CAD Drawings, Basic Geometry and Basic Graphic Design is an asset
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to strategize and prioritize effectively to accomplish multiple tasks and work well under pressure
