We are currently seeking a highly motivated self-starter as Full-time Heat Transfer Machine Operator to join our printing team. This position will report directly to the Cell Leader.

• Daily operations of heat transfer press
• Transport media from warehouse to the printers
• Load materials into the printer and onto the heat transfer machine
• Perform manual trimming of graphics
• Assemble and disassemble frames in the finishing and shipping departments
• Maintain effective communications with other production team members
• Participate in behavioral-based safety programs
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned

• Two or more years of experience working in a printing environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills and Knowledge:

• Prior experience operating Monti Antonio heat transfer press is an asset
• Required to lift up to 45lbs
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and work with tight deadlines
• Demonstrated safety focus, with an ability to understand and follow all safety and operational procedures and policies
• Team player who also has the ability to work individually, managing multiple demands and competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solver, but exercises quick and decisive action when issues arise
